Chris the tech was great & informative, you can see by his work he truly will clean your duct work as if it were his own & he does it in a timely fashion as well, I had a fly by night company thru Groupon & they did nothing except take my money ( BEWARE OF VENTILATION PURIFICATION ON GROUPON } after Chis was complete he showed me what he cleaned out & now I don't have issues with my in home air since I have COPD & EMPHYSEMA, thank you Zerorez & thank you Chris !

I like the end result, however, during my last cleaning, the equipment malfunctioned. I do not know if all of the cleaning product was removed. My carpets do not feel soft, but rather stiff.

I like how quickly the carpets dry and how soft they feel after cleaning. I also liked the friendliness and efficiency of the young man, Dave, who came to my house. He explained everything clearly and did a wonderful job.

I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of Dave and Brenda. They did a great job getting our carpets clean and were knowledgeable about how to take care of carpets and answered all of my questions. They only negatives that I would say from my experience is the charge of $75 per gallon of pet odor remover and the need for the protectant. $75 is a VERY steep price and you apparently need a gallon for each pet spot. That is a huge charge. It did take the smell out but I think that $75 could be used for the whole room and that would have been more appropriate. Also, if it is recommended that you add protectant to the carpet after each cleaning than that should be reflected in the estimate given online. I know you want to give a great price for the estimate to get customers, but my $189 estimate turned into $521. Because of that, not sure if I will use Zerorez again. I had no problems with Dave and Brenda. They did a great job!

We hired your services because our son had used you for his home in carpet cleaning. We were extremely pleased with the end results. We have been in our current residence for two years and have a carriage home (one level living). Our upstairs wall to wall carpeting does not get heavy traffic but there were a couple stains from the previous home owner. The gentleman was able to remove the stains and also showed us areas where around the edge of the carpeting there were paint stains visable. He recommended to clip those tiny areas which we did and no one would ever there were prior paint marks!

We also committed to having our sofa and love seat cleaned. We thought the price was a bit steep, but decided to go ahead and glad we did. Jacob, your employee, did an excellent job on all of the above. Very kind and knew what he was doing.

We certainly will recommend Zerorez to all our friends! Very satisfied.
