The consultant, Chris, was super helpful the entire process. He thoroughly explained everything such as the process, what to expect, etc. before he started and we did a a walk through of the house. He answered any questions that I had. He also informed me of anything to expect after the service. I would definitely use zerorez again.

It was great - the two guys that came were thorough, efficient, and effective.
they explained the process and my carpet looks fantastic!

In and out quickly without a mess. Furniture looks amazing but explained process if stains "returning" and why that could happen - it did not!! No odor no sticky residue and the gentleman who provided the service was super pleasant and informative! No surprises in the cost either!

Both times that we've had our carpet cleaned, the people who cleaned it were very nice and professional - the carpet got so clean and smells so clean

Zerorez technician was very agreeable, helpful, and efficient. He arrived early since he had a previous cancellation.

EXTREMELY PLEASE with the results of the carpet cleaning in my home! We have a small home with 2 pets and majority of the carpet is high traffic, it was way past due for a cleaning. Not disappointed!!!
