As this was my first time using zerorez I was very impressed with both the service and products. The technician was professional and listened to what I needed worked on. It was a smooth and quick experience.
This was our first time with ZeroRez and we weren't sure it would be much different than any other carpet cleaning service. But we liked that there was no soap residue on the carpets and they dried "soft" instead of "crunchy". Mariah was very friendly and professional, and she did a great job.
It was easy to schedule. 10% discount as repeat customer. Carpet was cleaner after treatment.
Improvements - tech did not pre-spray all areas, did not lift carpet mats to clean underneath.

We had amazing service from Lance at Zerorez. He really took the time to examine our carpets and recommend the best scenario for a thorough cleaning. While he did a great job explaining everything I never felt like he was pressuring me to spend more money. It was a breath of fresh air. When Lance was done - I was so impressed. Our four year old carpets that have had two dogs to contend with over the years looked (and smelled) brand new. I would not hesitate to recommend Zerorez to anyone and I would also pass along Lance as the tech you want to help you out!

I feel like carpeting is thoroughly clean! And there is no smell of chemicals or perfume. Just fresh and clean! Dave was great! He showed me a picture of an area that he partially cleaned and that's when I realized how dirty the carpet really was.
