Your product was outstanding. All stains were removed from the carpets and stairs in the basement. The master bedroom carpet which is 15 years old looked great except at the room entrance which is a heavy traffic area. Although not totally cleaned it was appreciably improved.
Your technician (Alec Snatchko) was excellent. He clearly explained the whole process and the Zerorez material. Also, he was very professional and polite throughout the whole process.

Really cleaned carpet
The end results and the customer service. Mariah M. was our tech - she took pride in her job and took care of our home by protecting our entry ways when bringing the equipment in/out of the house. We will be scheduling again soon for our upstairs cleaning.
