The associate that came was amazing

Men were friendly and considerate of setting up to keep areas clean. THey explained what whey were going to be doing and they were pretty quick and did a nice job. Carpeting looks good and NOT STICKY as I have had happened before!!!!

The products that was used had just a lite fragrance and cleaned the carpets well. They look like there brand new again. The service person was courteous and very efficient. She explained what she was going to do. She also quoted the price up front no hiding cost when done. I would use your services again.

I've used your services a few times over the past years and everyone that I've encountered has been extremely helpful and friendly. Riley cleaned our carpets this time and she was very efficient and cleaned the carpets in a timely fashion.

Vance did our air ducts and Donna did our carpets, and both went above and beyond, and everything was great! Very happy with both services, and will definitely request them in the future for any other services! The breathright system he suggested was absolutely worth it, and I'm happy with the choice to add that, and the price point it was at.

The price. I did have to have you all come back out and redo the hall and staircase. The second technician did a much more thorough job. Scheduling was more difficult this time around.

Excellent employees and quality performance

I was very impressed with David, the Zerorez employee. My neighborhoods electricity went out midway through the air duct cleaning. He was courteous and understandable of the issue. He left and said that he would come back in a timely manner once the electricity came back on. I called him about 30 minutes later and he drove right back and finished the job. I would recommend him.
