The technician that came to my home was extremely nice and polite . He explained the way everything worked what he was doing and asked if it was OK to do that .
I had some extreme pet stains that he explained he could not guarantee he could get up through Pad extraction. For the most part it worked really. You could still see a lot of the stains and now I believe the cat is revisiting the area . And then a very high traffic area in my hallway it seems that stains are coming back up through . I like the fact that he was willing to help me move some furniture together . As my husband is disabled and was not able to help.

My entire house smelled fresher and more clean after they came! They were very friendly and courteous in my home. I also like that the carpet didn’t take very long to dry (8-10 hours to dry completely). I’ll definitely use them again!
