Everything. The appointment was kept right on time as scheduled. The serviceman was polite. Introduced himself to us. Went straight to preparation. Did a fabulous job clean the rugs and chair? I am very pleased with the results. All was dry in about 12 hours. Pleasant smell when cleaning and no odor when dry. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. I liked being able to make the appointment online, got the courtesy call the day before the appointment and liked the serviceman call when 20 minutes before arrival.
