We had an appointment scheduled with another company and they cancelled on us the day before. My husband was looking into your company at around 5:00pm and we had an appointment scheduled for the next day within minutes even though you supposedly closed at five. We were moving into a new house so we had to have it done that day before all our furniture arrived. Donna was great from the moment she arrived, even before, calling to let us know when she would arrive. She explained everything very clearly, told us what to expect and didn’t do anything before telling us and making sure we understood completely. She didn’t try to sell us services that wouldn’t help our situation and recommended services that would. We could tell she knew her job well and we trusted her to do what we needed. She got right to work and did a great job and even showed us the results as she went along to make sure we were happy with them.
