Very helpful tech. Very knowledgeable. Rug came out better then expected but I think there were a couple of places that should have come out a bit cleaner after it dryed.

Luke was great! This was our first time ever getting our carpets cleaned and he explained everything to us and did a great job!!

From my initial point of contact (calling in to get information / schedule service) through both the duct and floor cleaners - customer service was excellent. Polite, friendly and good communication (called to confirm arrival time and was on time). Tyler (Floor Tech) went over each room and gave realistic expectations and pricing (determined one room was not worth cleaning). Duct work cleaning team explained the process, reviewed additional options and took pictures (shared them with me). All in all, a very transparent and honest process.

Showed up at the schedueled frame of time. Personable employee.
