Good job at a reasonable price

Well for starters Cody was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable. He got spots out that I didn't know I even had. My carpet looks amazing again! I would highly recommend Cody to everybody. Cody was also very prompt. He arrived on time and told me how long it would take and he was spot on!

Friendly and on time service

The urine and coffee stained carpets look and smell wonderful. The technician was professional yet friendly and did an amazing job. He was very flexible when I asked to add on the stairs. He needed absolutely nothing from me, no water or drainage access needed and was very timely.

First off our technician, Zach was extremely professional, very thorough, and did an excellent job with our carpets. The products that zero Rez use leave your rugs in an absolutely fabulous looking condition. We also had our rugs treated to prevent stains in the future. Will definitely use zero Rez again.

Quick and you do a good job

Tony & Chase provided great service with care for cleanliness and caring for our pets.

Tech did a good job. However, did not return chairs to original locations and was expecting a call 1/2 hour before arrival but got a text 1.5 hours before arrival. At that time, I was still asleep and did not see it.

Did a great job getting up dinginess and stains. Not too strong of a"cleaning products" smell, dissipated quickly, which I appreciate. The tech arrived right on time. He was able to add two extras, the day of service.

Technician called before arriving, arrived at stated time, explained the whole process and was very efficient and knowledgeable. Would definitely utilize ZeroRez again!
