Tech was quick, thorough and very friendly.

Chris and the other duct cleaner (forgot name) seemed competent and did the job expected.
Dalton (i think that's right) was above average and was personable in his approach, taking his time to explain various questions i had about the rug cleaning process.

Pleasant guy came on time and did a good job. Not too wet. Dried quickly.

Both times I have used Zerorez they were quick to schedule an appointment. The tech arrived on time or before. The job was completed promptly with no issues. The last tech, Zach, called and asked if I would like my carpets cleaned earlier than scheduled as his first appointment cancelled. He did a great job cleaning both the carpeting and the sofa and love seat. I will ask for him the next time I need carpets cleaned. Fantastic job, Zach!

We appreciated the service by very professional & knowledgeable technician Daniel.

Very pleased with the quality of work and outcome of the carpets cleaned.

My only suggestion is that when booking a new client such as myself, it may be important to remind client that dry time can take up to 8 hours.

We were able to open windows, and run fans ( until November evening became too cold for open windows) , but our bedroom carpets were not dry until early morning from a 3 PM cleaning.

I would just suggest that to new customers, we will book a much earlier appointment next time & plan the cleaning when weather is warmer.

Overall, very pleased with the outcome !
