My experience from beginning to end was great. I was able to get an appointment within a couple days. The two workers who came to my house were friendly and courteous. They were quick, but efficient. They were able to clean 2 bedrooms, a hallway, a walk-in closet, 2 sets of stairs and a landing in 30 minutes!!

I was very impressed with how thorough and how much time Luke took with my carpets. When he was finished, they all looked brand new. Luke was very patient and took time to really clean spots on the carpeting. I was very impressed with him and I would definitely recommend Zero Rez to my family and friends.

He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us before beginning the cleaning process, especially for our old pet stains & track marks. I actually wanted to wait a day or 2 after the complete drying process to see how things actually turned out & we were quite pleased even for an old carpet like ours.
