First of all, your customer support group is awesome! Not only were they helpful, I appreciated the reminders and correspondence via email and/or text. The employees who came out were exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and they did a fantastic job of cleaning my rugs/carpets.

First, they are the only company that returned my call, and they returned it promptly. Every single person I spoke to was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They were willing to work with us on an 'accelerated' pickup time (I called that morning to see if they could pick the rug up before noon - they made it happen and were even early!) I haven't gotten my rug back yet, but I'm certain it will look 100 times better. I will definitely use their service again.

I cannot thank Zerorez enough for coming to our home. Our tech was AMAZING! He was so helpful and his attention to detail was amazing. Our home looks amazing!!

We had a great experience with zerorez and would hire there services again. However, we did have a few hiccups regarding air ducts not being about to be done when originally scheduled and then incorrect size of filter being delivered. We had to accommodate zerorez to come to our house four days in a row which is not convenient at all. The staff has been wonderful though and very happy with the outcome!

We had two guys come to our home this past Friday and we planned on doing just the basic cleaning package on 4 rooms. The gentlemen that we had come to our home, gave us a very in depth description of what the better cleaning services would provide, taking into consideration that we had children and pets. We made the decision to do the upgraded package and couldn’t be happier with the results. These guys were very personable and completed the project in a timely manner. We will definitely be using zerorez again in the future. By the way, our house doesn’t smell like dogs anymore!!

Zerorez was AMAZING. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The person setting up the appointment was very nice. Brandon was one of the guys who arrived, on-time and called me when he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He gave us options for additional products, but was not pushy like a typical salesman. My husband was extremely impressed with everything about them, and most of all they were able to remove all the stains and they were bio stains we tried getting out ourselves.

I will not even think twice about calling zerorez again. Definitely recommend them.
