Great service, friendly and on time
Quality of cleaning, professionalism and thoroughness. Frankie is very professional and did an excellent job.
I thought everything was great and the person who came was really nice. But after he left, and I was drying my carpet, I found spots that were not clean. In fact, they were still stiff from stuff that apparently been spilled on there before and it was not gotten up even with an upsell of heavy duty cleaning that cost me an extra $45. When I put my face down to it it still smells like urine. That bummed me out because I spent over $250
Kyle did a fantastic job cleaning and resealing our Travertine tile. The tile is 14 years old and in a very high traffic area. We were ready to replace it until he told us we'd be amazed what his equipment can do. He cleaned it, resealed it, and we were amazed! It honestly looks like brand new Travertine. Thank you Kyle!
The stairs look remarkably better than they did. It's more about not moving the furniture at all during the process. Frankie was helpful to move a couple of the lighter pieces of furniture, a couple of tables to get them out of the way, but the fact that your policy doesn't allow to move chairs forward and back, and that sort of thing didn't set well with us. Prior companies we've used would put a piece of foil, styrofoam, or other barrier to protect the stain on the legs of pieces from transferring and was a better overall cleaning of each room.

too much upselling once they are in the house...and if you don't take the upsale items then the small closet is $20 to do or the room is larger somehow... so in the end, the customer is still going to pay for those things that are upsold or the whole thing is just somehow bigger than once thought so it still gets roughly to the same end game cost.
and after spending a lot of time cleaning floors in areas that were not carpet, the cleaner did not wear booties or any foot covering so they tracked all over a floor in two sections of the house that then had to be rewashed after their cleaning.
i rarely have carpets cleaned so maybe this is all the 'norm' for carpet cleaning companies...try to sell some invisible high traffic or pet cleaning ... regardless, after spending over $450 on the two houses i just had done i will be more cautious the next time i need a carpet cleaning company.
Service and communication were perfect!
Rescheduled. Gave credit that turned into charge. Technician needed to borrow broom to cleanup and put debris in my trashcan when there is a charge on invoice for disposal. Was unaware that holes needed to be cut in furnace to allow for service. Requested that somebody contact me so we could discuss these issues and have had zero response. I own rentals and if I was satisfied with service you likely would have received more business. Not so now!

We were very satisfied with our carpet cleaning service! We purchased an older home with carpet; and the best, most immediate solution for us to feel clean in our new home was to get the carpets thoroughly cleaned. The service cost was in line with what we anticipated to pay for a serious deep cleaning throughout most of the house, and stain removal from a number of areas. We were incredibly impressed with the visible difference that it left our older, white carpets. Stains we never thought would be lifted, disappeared; and there were no harsh odors left behind. This saved us a lot of up front renovation costs with not having to replace the carpets right away, and still allowing us to enjoy the comfort of clean carpet. Thank you!
My gray carpet in the bedroom looks streaked and has dark spots. What I thought was going to be $33 per room times 3 ended up $433

Zerorez did great, Duncan was very friendly, timely and did a good job. I haven't had my carpets professionally cleaned (used to having hardwood floors only), so I didn't know what to expect. I would have appreciated knowing the carpet might (and did) bubble and stretch until it dries. Also, it took about four hours longer to dry than quoted. We were quoted 4-6 hours when I made the appointment, and Duncan said 4-8. It actually took 10 for most areas and 24 for others. Granted it was colder and damp outside, but I freaked out a little because I didn't want mold issues. Next time, I will split up the house into two appointments.
All in all, I will use Zerorez again. Thank you!
My older carpet looked very nice when job was finished. However, next time I likely will only do the simple cleaning offered and not purchase upsold procedures.
It may be due to the age and wear on my carpets, but this cleaning seemed to be uneven and not as thorough as previous cleanings. I ended up doing some hand spotting on my hands and knees in the dining and bedroom areas to remove spots that appeared as the carpet dried. The outer porch area dried unevenly as well, sort of in "rows". The cleaner was very nice and attentive, but this time around was disappointing. Again, this may be due to wear patterns, but I did not have this problem with previous cleanings. I may have the carpets cleaned again in a few months and decide if the problem is the 6-year-old carpets or the cleaning.
