My carpets dont smell as if I just had them done and even with the extra pet treatments throughout the house it doesn't smell like freshly cleaned carpets the customer service was excellent the technician was professional and even upselled the pet treatment which I went with but for the $300 I paid I am not at all satisfied with how my carpets smell they look fine but they don't have that fresh carpet smell I usually get from the other guys I usually use again tho the customer service was awesome and the tech was awesome but as a repeat customer I'm not very sure I will be one unfortunately
Super efficient service. Very friendly technician that did an incredible job.
Service was friendly and efficient, however the edges and corners were left very dirty. The cost was expensive for the service and my "free room" had hardly any floor surface to clean (King sized bed and dresser take up most of the room- only small pathway to clean).
hmmmm. Let's see..... Not showing up as scheduled. Pathetic $10 credit for not showing up. Is your time worth $10/day? Took you less than an hour to wet my carpets, but not actually clean them because I didn't buy into your bait and switch scheme to purchase the "restorative" cleaning using the brushes for an additional $100 that wasn't advertised in the sale price and last but not least......you smelled bad
Dominick was great! He did above and beyond. The carpets smell, land look so much better. Will reach out to dom if I need more work done.
They did a great job with what they had to work with. The carpet had lots of sugary stains that had been there for a few years and the got them out. Renters don't seem to care much about cleaning up after themselves.

Stains came out. Dried fairly quick. Probably could have returned furniture that evening, but I waited till next morning. Adam, the technician was awesome! Efficient, thorough, and very friendly.

Have now had carpets and heating ducts cleaned by Zerorez. Both technicians were friendly, fast and efficient. Reasonable pricing also.

My carpet looks great, no chemical smell and the whole process didn't take long at all.
I have my carpets cleaned twice a year because I have pets. I understand there was some stains. But when I use someone else my carpets are actually clean and the stains are gone and I dont have to pay more for every room add on to get them clean. My carpets actually smell and look clean with them.. He got out one big stain which I appreciate but honestly nothing else looked clean. My stairs looked as though they had been vacuumed, not cleaned at all looking. But, when you shampoo a huge hall, stairs and a 4x4 space in 22 minutes when told it usually takes 1 1/2 hours to 2 I guess that is what you get. This is the second time I have used you and still very disappointed. Will not waste that kind of money again on something that looks no different.

The tech was knowledgeable. He was more of a salesman. He said several times the fact that for $$-----he could do the ______, or _____ for $$$____ when I had already told him to add to my original order $130. more than I intended.
Later, when I was sweeping my hardwood floors around the chair and love seat and bar stools, that he cleaned, there was a sticky residue on the floor---probably from the solution that he used to spray the fabric with? Perhaps, when cleaning near or on hardwood floors, the tech should lay down a protective plastic or canvas to prevent this problem.
The love seat and chair are brighter and I think the cleaning was helpful .
