Many black or grey streaks and most urine spots came back. The worst ones did stay gone so that part is good.

We were hoping our RV carpet would be lighter and brighter after the cleaning. Didn't really change the looks but nice to know it is clean.

I was charged for possible large blood spots which weren't found during cleaning, but I was charged anyway. $120 for possible spots that weren't there. I felt that wasn't right to be charged for something that I had said might be there but wasn't.

We recently hired Zerorez to clean some of our personal home carpets and tile floors. The carpet in one room is now streaked and not at all like it was before the cleaning. After contacting the cleaning company they came back to inspect the job and agreed it was not normal or satisfactory. They recleaned it and it is still somewhat streaked and unacceptable. The dirty streaks are still there.Now we are also noticing that another carpet they cleaned has a large dark area now appearing. This spot was not there at all prior to there cleaning. Since the second attempt at a proper cleaning without success, we have called them multiple times and left messages and they are not returning our calls. The agents that were here from the company were Duncan Granero and Tyler Eldredge. Both were very nice and respectful. We are very disappointed that they will not return our calls to discuss the unsatisfactory re- cleaning

Our arrival estimate was 10-2, actual arrival 3:45. Technician did keep us posted as to when he would arrive. Prior job much larger than expected, not his fault, but still frustrating at the amount of delay. Service was good tho once he arrived.

Apparently closed the closet door in the master to avoid an ounce of extra cleaning. Fine. Except for the one inch dark line I now have when my closet door is open.
Didn't bother to mention anything about what was part of a room and what wasn't considered part of a room. Would have made a lot of sense for the technician to discuss.

Tyler was very pleasant but your preparation requirements is very difficult for a lady in her 70’s. Moving my own furniture and having to vacuum before. Too much work on my part.
PLUS after the carpet dried and before putting furniture back, I vacuumed to see if there was any dirt… yes I got an amazing amount of dirt!!! Disappointed to say the least.
The technician was very knowledgeable and talked with me about all the options for our carpet. He did a great job.
It may be due to the age and wear on my carpets, but this cleaning seemed to be uneven and not as thorough as previous cleanings. I ended up doing some hand spotting on my hands and knees in the dining and bedroom areas to remove spots that appeared as the carpet dried. The outer porch area dried unevenly as well, sort of in "rows". The cleaner was very nice and attentive, but this time around was disappointing. Again, this may be due to wear patterns, but I did not have this problem with previous cleanings. I may have the carpets cleaned again in a few months and decide if the problem is the 6-year-old carpets or the cleaning.
