What do you like about our products and services?

I thought Adam was fantastic! He called in advance to tell me he would be at my location in 30 minutes. He walked through the house with me to discuss pre-treatments and my goals for what I would like to accomplish with the carpet cleaning. He explained the entire process very well. He cleaned one massive room, one office, and the stairs in two hours. When asked how often I should consider cleaning again, he did not pressure me to repeat the process with a sales pitch. I would highly recommend Zerorez again and again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

All and all I had poor experience. I had taken the day off work for a dr appt and had scheduled the services to be done between 12:00 and 4:00
The tech showed up at 11:00
Wife was just getting out of the shower, beyond that she has great anxiety is one reason I needed to be home. The carpets were very WET when he left. I am an equipment tech I Believe that belts were slipping I on the Hydramaster unit that was in the truck it was only pulling 9 inches of vacuum on the gauge. I was outside doing stuff the tech had loaded up and ready to go before I even had a chance to look at what was done. He did send me a couple pic which I think I could duplicate the “difference look”
Just by having one side of the line wet and the other dry. There is an area that needed more attention that I emailed on I received a call back at after 6:00 at night the day after I emailed I had missed the call the message that was left was to call the number back and either the person calling or Luke would answer, I called back the next day nobody answered i left a message and have still not heard back.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The tech did not do a great job and he did not honor the $99 price (for the equivalent of 3 rooms). We had one room and one high traffic area and he charged $147.

We are very much not happy with this service (unlike all the times in the past). I tried emailing the local Zerorez office (Springfield, OR) and none of the email addresses work.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After the carpet dried (next day) a few dirt spots have returned. These were not deep or large spots, just sat on top of carpet where a Pepsi was spilled. I was told something would be sprayed on the carpet and then would be rinsed with water. Apparently, these spots were not sprayed or just not seen. I had a better job done with standard steam cleaning. I realize the job of the cleaner is to ‘upsell’ other products while cleaning the carpet. But honestly, I just wanted to get my carpet cleaned and see how it went before buying all the ‘extras’. I’m glad I didn’t purchase extra services based on the results. I’m also didn’t like the ‘upsell’ process, one thing after another, and I felt like he didn’t do as good a job as he should have because I didn’t purchase any extra services.

What could we do to improve?

I tried your tile cleaning for the first time. Not expected to do again.
Gordon did a fairly good job, but not enough focus on the areas that were stained, maybe light coffee stains on kitchen counters.
The things that griped me were 1: entry way was visually not well cleaned, cleaner on the left side then the right , like end of the day time to go. Yes I have a picture.
2: cost for the entry was $4.45 per square foot with little improvement, yes I have a picture. It shows the variation in cleaning emphasis.
3: You should be aware of some sort of black residue your machinery leaves beneath where it is run. About a hale dozen little black piles of something I couldn't identify. Of course, I have pictures, I felt you need to know of this.
Other than that it went pretty well.

The guy was in and out in a very short time. Hard to believe that the rugs are clean with that quick of a service. 4 rooms and stairs: about 1 hour, maybe less.

What could we do to improve?

The job you did on our carpet was very impressive: they look almost like new again. However, by the time all of the recommended extra treatments were added on, the cost was surprisingly expensive, and made your special offer newspaper add feel a little bit like a bait and switch.

Our technician Adam did a great job! Our cat vomited on couch and two pillows. Adam got the stains out and the whole couch looks and smells good.

The process is friendly to our allergies. The price is a good value. The technicians, Frankie and Tyler are so friendly and personable. They explained the whole process and worked so efficiently that the job was done in half the time I anticipated.Great job!
