I was recommending you up until Monday. Then you showed up on Tuesday and left us with a filthy carpet. Add insult to injury, your paperwork shows I owe money from May of 2016?! Chem dry was our cleaner then. We didn't start using you until November 2020. I pay my bills. Always. You also have all of my contact info screwed up to the point where your tech couldn't call us to let us know he was coming. I will ACTIVELY steer my friends and family away from you.

Three huge wet areas were left that had not been properly extracted. There are now horrible dark stains on cream colored carpet.
I spent over $1,300 only to be left with horrible results and no support from zero rez.
Extremely unhappy and plan on legal action.
The ducts in the house we just bought were filthy and in need of cleaning. Now they're clean. That was the desired result. Your technician, Dominic, was courteous and competent and a pleasure to work with. He also explained the availability of the "fogging", which we took advantage of for its effectiveness against allergens. We're quite pleased with your service.

Both carpets were in wrapped in plastic when we picked them up and one was still wet. We had to find somewhere to lay it out to dry. Not sure why it was wet, since you had it for a full 7 days.
Otherwise our experience was fine.
I advised over the phone I had high traffic hallway. When person arrived he said he would add hallway and add high traffic cleaner to make it look nicer and my bill went from $340 to $430. Felt dishonest as would have gone with cheaper option if they were up front with the correct information.

The carpets look as dirty as they did before. Spent $183 for nothing.
The carpet was much wetter than I had thought it would be. The technician said it would take 6-8 hours to dry, but it took nearly 24 hours to dry.
Adam, our service tech was great, give him a 10+, the quality of your service was great. I didn't mi d paying the extra $50 for our earlier cancellation BUT I don't agree with the extra $20 for water disposal. That's on you as part of doing business. If I had just ordered 3 rooms I would have expected to pay just $99 and not the sneak up charge for the water. You advertising says 3 rooms for $99 it should say 3 rooms for $119. I know it's just a small charge but sneaking it in at time of payment is very deceiving and as such you have lost out future business.

Tyler did an amazing job treating and cleaning my carpet. There were spots that I thought were just too far gone but he got my carpet almost as good as new

Adam, the technician, was courteous and extremely professional! He was prompt, and got right to work cleaning our carpet. We've ONLY used Zerorez, because there isn't any soap/residue left in/on the carpet! We will ONLY recommended Zerorez for anyone we know needing carpets cleaned. Thank you!
