Tyler did an excellent job on our carpets. We appreciate the information regarding products we didn't know you had. Always kind and respectful.

I had our tile cleaned. To tell you the truth, I didn't notice much difference. I didn't want to put this in a review, but I saw no email address.

The matter I would like to discuss is the cost. Part of it is my fault, but I hope you will honor what you told me.

I signed up for the cleaning at the Eugene Home Show. I was told (by the owner) that I would get 10% off for signing up at the show and then I spun the wheel for an additional $50 off. He quoted the price at $1 per square foot and did NOT say anything about an additional cost for the grout sealing. He talked about the sealing lasting 20 years but did not say it would be $.75 per square foot.

I had to call your service twice to rearrange my appointment and to confirm my appointment. Both times I mentioned the two discounts you promised. She said she noted them.

Unfortunately, I forgot and the technician did not mention them...which I think he should have. I paid over $900 for the service including some of the tile being sealed. I would like those discounts, please.

Also, you should know that the person who answers your phone uses speaker phone which is not good. Get her a headphone.

The technician was friendly and professional. I guess my tile just wasn't very dirty.

Carpet looked great when cleaning was completed. Adam was very efficient and thorough. I like that the carpet isn't very wet, so it dried quite quickly.

Most of the stains didn’t come out. It’s an old carpet, & maybe it’s not possible to get the stains up. Also, it’s was damp & stinky for a few days. It smells better since it’s all dried out.

Wicking !!paid extra $65 more to come back out to fix. The problem was worse after 2 nd time. This was the fourth time I have used your service and had no problems before. Don’t think I will be using your service in the future. Sent pictures of results of 2 nd visit but have had no response.

Duncan was fantastic! Thoroughly cleaned our carpets, sectional, ottoman and area rug. We have a 16mo daughter so there were lots of stains, but now they all look really good! The carpet looks better now than when we first moved into our house.

Duncan even locked up and left the key under the mat since we needed to take our daughter out so she could nap at her grandmas. We felt totally at ease and trusted Duncan to lock up for us. He gave me text updates with photos and let us know when he was done. So happy with our experience and will definitely be repeat customers.

Had carpets cleaned yesterday. Called this am re carpet very wet and wicking. Was told I needed to take pictures and email . Then called a different phone Number for them and got same woman. She said would forward to someone and they would get back to me in a day or two!!! This is at least 4 th time I have used their service but will be the last.

Very efficient ... the worker was polite and explained what he was doing and made suggestions.
Also that the device he used was connected to his truck with a long hose and not a big machine brought into the house.

Prompt arrival. Clean carpet.

It was very expensive to clean my couch and after the deoderizers wore off it reverted back to smelling like it shouldn't. Its like it wasn't even cleaned. After $300 + dollars I had higher expectations. It would have probably worked better if I just rented a shampooer and did it myself.

Wonderful service.

The carpet looks clean and fresh without any chemical odor. It was mostly dry by Tuesday. However, by Wednesday the entryway was still quite damp. I liked the dual hose system which was quick and efficient. Thank you Kyle for explaining it to me. I will definitely call for your service in the future. Name removed

Fantastic service from start to finish. They cheerfully worked around our schedule. We had a very dark and dirty high traffic pattern at our business and when Duncan finished cleaning the carpet looked brand new. They are carpet exorcists! Zerorez will be definitely be on our annual calendar for best carpet maintenance.

Adam, the service tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. The billing was detailed. The equipment used was state of the art. An all around professional job.

Carpets were wet for two days in places. Original bid was obviously a base price with add-on's being the total up to about twice original bid. Carpet cleaning itself was very good and we would use the service again in the future with certain constraints.

I have hired many carpet cleaners over the years and have never been so happy with a company. The carpet was not squishy wet like usual. It dried as quickly as promised and the whole house smells fresh. The gentleman (sorry, I forgot his name) did an excellent job. He was prompt, efficient and very personable. I look forward to future services from Zerorez/

The driver was prompt, courteous,and very efficient. I left my apartment and came back in late afternoon and the carpet looked great! It also dried very quickly. I am very pleased. Definitely worth my money!

You work with former customers depending on job needs to make it as affordable as possible. I like that you clean and seal tile too.
I like that things are estimated before just doing it.
