Cleaning service made my old carpet clean and bright again. Did the extra spot treatments but some came back. But overall I’m very pleased with the cleaning results

No detergents.
However, took about twice as long (10 hours) to dry as I was told to expect.

The tech was super nice. The cleaning was just not what I expected for the money, nearly $300.00. It felt like the floor looked worse after and left the house smelling like wet dog. It was gross. I paid for pet treatments but don't see what value there was in doing so because it looked terrible and smelled worse.
Friendly, quality service and asked good questions to ensure good results. They had a few out sick, were a little delayed yet accommodated us well. Thanks for being thorough and going the extra mile once on site to ensure all items well cleaned. Cost effective and will hire Zerorez (and Kyle) again!

This is my 3rd time using Zero Rez, I have an elderly cat and dog who have accidents. The carpet is alway beautiful and doesn’t have any pet odor. Price is reasonable and the carpet dries quickly.

The end result blew my mind, never been more impressed with a service
The carpets look almost the same. The guy who came was really nice but it didn't clean my carpets to the standard I'm used to them being cleaned with traditional carpet cleaning. I asked him several times, pointing out the areas that looked unchanged and he said it just needed to dry. In one area it was almost soaking wet and he said that area needed to just dry longer. I had a box fan on it for 24 hours and it was still wet. It took two days for it to be able to be walked on.
