1st off the service was awful. Then tried to convince me the type of fabric my rug was to charge me more . After we got it back it felt like a bar of soap & smelt

Carpet is more soiled than before cleaning. Company tried to upswell services and products not needed and refused to re-clean soiled areas even after before and after photos provided. Manager will not view area of concern unless consultation fee of $50.00 is paid. Company has terrible customer service, and is not interested in rectifying situation.
They will only re-clean if you buy extra cleaning products and pay for a new carpet cleaning. Do not use this company.

I have used Zerorez several times before and have been pleased with how the carpets turned out. Yesterdays experience however was not good. The technician tried to upsell me on all kinds of additional treatments. I said that I just wanted the standard carpet cleaning. There
should not have been anything put on it. The carpets remained wetter than I have ever known them to be, and yesterday was way warmer than when I had them done in the past. The carpets now have streaks and blotches all over and it doesn't vacuum out. You are claiming
that I signed a waiver saying I denied any additional products. True, but that does not mean that a general carpet cleaning should leave the carpet looking dirtier than prior to cleaning. Also when I walk over the carpets that were cleaned and onto the tiled floor it feels like there is a tacky residue. The carpets that I didn't have you do yesterday, but you have done in the past, do not feel this way. This should be an extraction process that doesn't leave a residue. I've worked in the scientific field for over 40 yrs and know how certain processes should work.
You are refusing to come out for a redo without another charge. I have stopped payment on the check I wrote yesterday. You are threatening to take us to collections. Believe me, this could get ugly and really involved for a long time. Just do right by someone who has been a repeat customer for several years. Send someone out to resolve the issue!

Tyler was a great service provider. He was punctual, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and not pushy about any additional add ons. He explained each process, made recommendations, but was very respectful of my decisions. He worked hard and fast as well. The last guy that came was a talker. Which is fine - but it did kind of interfere with getting his work done.
I like Zerorez and will recommend it to anyone needing carpets, floors, rugs or furniture cleaned.
Also - it was very easy to get on the schedule. I appreciated that too. I also appreciate the fact that if I decide to add something else to be cleaned, it’s not an issue and can be done the same day. Tyler did the grout in our tile and it looks like new.

I had your service before. The then tech judged the footage and pared down the room number. How can a bedroom in a small house be considered a full room with a queen-sized bed, chest of drawers and night stand be considered a full room. How can the smallest bedroom in the house be considered a full-size room when there is a twin bed a computer desk and a full sized filing cabinet. I paid what he billed, but it really is unsettling. I know the economy has not been kind, but taking advantage of that fact is not a good idea.

Our technician did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We always have a good experience when Zerorez cleans or carpets and upholstery.

Spraying around sidewalk, retaining walls, other places that the little ants thrive.

I had much less area that I wanted cleaning so the minimum charge was much higher than it would been for just that area. That was fine and I understood that. However, when the cleaner came, it felt like I was being scammed when he told me that it would cost extra since there was an area that was very dirty (it was about 4 square feet). He did "make an adjustment" to the additional charge because I had such a small room that I wanted cleaned, but he wouldn't apply the whole additional cost of the minimum charge.

The positive is that he did do a very good job of cleaning the carpets.

They did a great job, got stains out that I have not been able to get out, and they were also very fast.

Service was good. But in my room I had a small runner rug that when i removed you can see the line after the cleaning I thought will disappear but it's still very noticeable. I feel that the dirt didn't come out

I asked The one spot on my stairs (egg yolk from the previous day) to be tackled. It’s still there ☹️ The guy was super nice and did a great job elsewhere but left and never mentioned it was still there. I discovered it later when walking upstairs.
