Very respectful and courteous personnel on phone and in the home. Knowledgeable and very efficient work. 3 rooms, in and out in less than an hour! Will be a repeat customer, as I have already had 2 visits.
Quality results and good employees
I had a gentleman arrive to clean my carpets and he was actually filling in from a town closer to my area. He was polite and professional. He completed the cleaning in a short period of time and the carpets looked fantastic once he was finished.
CJ (Chris) was professional and explained how he was going to accomplish his carpet cleaning task. It was completed in a timely manner.

I do think people should be aware of how slick the bottom of your feet are after walking on damp carpet.

The sofa did not look like it was even cleaned. You were an hour late and only spent 40 minutes to clean all my carpets and furniture. I was not happy with what I paid for the services rendered.
Well, I have had Zerorez out twice, both times costing over 600, and the coffee stain is still here. I guess it will be here forever. I don't blame you guys, I guess once coffee gets into a carpet that is pretty much permanent. I did ask for a guarantee though...
Service was fantastic. Communication was excellent. I have mixed feelings about the results of the cleaning and the finish. Here are my thoughts:
1. The carpet is still damp in places more than 24 hours later. You might recommend a longer dry time, especially because in the places where I brought furniture back in after ~6 hours, the carpet really compacted under the legs. Mostly I haven't yet moved furniture back in due to waiting for help, but I am glad I've waited.
2. There is a kind of streakiness to the carpet. I keep looking to see if it is the light, or the texture from the machine, but it seems like there are light and slightly darker streaks. I'm not yet sure about this. I have vacuumed to change the texture that was left, but the streaks remain.
3. I appreciate the finish that I was told about and chose, but it certainly changes the feel of the carpet from a nice, natural wool to something less soft and supple.
There were some paint stains your technician wasn't able to get out. And I was surprised to be charged extra for the primary bedroom due to its size, but it's possible you mentioned that and I just missed it. Still, when I was paying $33/room, it was unfortunate to have another $44 tacked on last minute. That doesn't feel proportional, especially since he was done with all of them in under an hour. I was also led to believe that I could get my vents checked, and he said he didn't do that. Even though it was free, it was disappointing.

Not happy with the way my rug looks

The young man did a good job and completed the carpet cleaning in timely manner.
Although the scheduling was efficient, and the technician super friendly… our carpet was not as clean as we hoped. Perhaps it’s a matter of our carpet simply needing replaced? Although if this was the case, knowing before we paid for cleaning would have been helpful.

Our sweet old dog had a terrible accident all over our new carpet and we had out of town family coming to stay with us for a graduation the following day. I called a few carpet cleaning companies to see if they could come out asap, the same day, and Zerorez worked us in! They did a fantastic job, knew exactly how to get the stains out and got here as soon as they could. Our carpet was clean and fresh smelling when our guests arrived the next day. Thank you very much!

The technician that did the service was kind, clear, and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. She was so good in fact she helped explain to the homeowner the carpet was in need of replacement in a way he listened. I’ve been trying to do that for 3+ years. She was amazing.
