I live in Corbett, Oregon. I called and arranged for your tile and carpet cleaning services at my dad's house in Turner, Oregon. Your technician was the best. It was a miserably hot day and he had been stuck in a terrible traffic jam but he still worked very hard. He was very nice, chatted with my dad a bit but still staying on task. The before and after pictures are incredible! My dad was thinking of cleaning the carpet now but getting new carpet next spring. Your technician cleaned the carpet so well that my dad plans to keep the existing carpet but have Zerorez come out yearly to clean it! I already gave your information to a coworker! Thanks for making the floors so clean that it makes the who house seem new again!!! I am sure his house cleaner that comes in once a week will appreciate it too!

You turned my brand new grey carpets brown. Official term is brown out. I learned that if the PH of a carpet is left too high, it causes it to turn brown. I reached out immediately and got a response the follow day via text. I left my home in unlivable conditions for 3 days, hoping someone would come out and fix it my carpet. Unfortunately I haven’t heard back from anyone and I put my home back together. I’ll be contacting another company to fix the issue and requesting zerorez to cover that cost.

Duncan did a fantastic job.
My first appointment was canceled. Which you did make up for. But we are nearly 48 hours into our cleaning and our carpet is still wet. Obviously we have to walk on parts of it so now when we walk on our other flooring there is a film on it that we are tracking around. And the technician didn't even bother to wipe up the water that was left on our other floors. For $252 for a living room and hall I really expected much more from the commercials I hear on the radio.

Great job cleaning the carpet, and very fast. It does always end up costing considerably more than the original deal you sign up for after fairly pricey extra services are added on. But we are very pleased with the job.
