This is the second time using this company (and Rich,their technician) and I am a happy customer. Rich was great at explaining how he would remove my stains and you could tell he was passionate about his job. He did a remarkable job. The carpets look so bright and fresh.

I was amazed and delighted at how clean the carpets got. Very impressive. Excellent work!
I was told the cleaning would be from 10am-3pm. I specifically closed our office for these hours. It turns out that was just the "arrival window". For businesses (especially healthcare) having exact arrival and departure time is important. The cleaning ended up being from 1pm-5pm which was inconvenient and caused missed revenue for us.
Happy with the cleaning but would choose to schedule elsewhere next time due to this.
