Service is good, but the websight is very difficult to make online reservations. Then the times are routinely off. Yesterday I got in line and was told my stylist wait was 48 minutes. I got into my car thinking I had a leasurely drive, but as soon as I got in my car, I received an email stating my wauit was only 15 minutes. So I started to hurry. Five minutes later I got an email stating I was On Deck and needed to be at the store! I then hurried a little faster! I went from 48 minutes to 15 minutes to On Deck in a span of about 10 minutes! With online sign in, you need a better method of computing wait times. Or simply allow reservations for a specific time.
