Phillip was great with my son who hates getting haircuts. Hes never satisfied. My son was very happy with the cut he received from Phillip.
Every time I’m come with different barbers I am very clear on my expectations and it always gets cut too short because they think they’re doing me a favor. Then I have to wait a month + till I can come back ask clearly and differently and same result. This has happened so often I might stop going to this location. The staff is friendly but my haircut is why I am going. I also always tip well.

The getting on list for a specific stylist stinks.
Twice I used it and got to my appointment at least 10 minutes ahead as directed . So I’m on site on time , per instructions. My selected stylist gets done after about 5 minutes. I then get bumped on the priority list from 10 minutes wait to 30 minutes because a next waiting customer jumps ahead of me because he got there on site before me and she was the next stylist.
In fairness that happened 2 out of 6 attempts.
The owner Michelle takes care of her customers and staff and greatly appreciated
I was able to do a walk in and got helped right away. Service provider was thorough and did a great job. I have had multiple haircuts at this location, the personnel seem to change frequently but all are very good.
