The getting on list for a specific stylist stinks.
Twice I used it and got to my appointment at least 10 minutes ahead as directed . So I’m on site on time , per instructions. My selected stylist gets done after about 5 minutes. I then get bumped on the priority list from 10 minutes wait to 30 minutes because a next waiting customer jumps ahead of me because he got there on site before me and she was the next stylist.
In fairness that happened 2 out of 6 attempts.
The owner Michelle takes care of her customers and staff and greatly appreciated
I was able to do a walk in and got helped right away. Service provider was thorough and did a great job. I have had multiple haircuts at this location, the personnel seem to change frequently but all are very good.

I love the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Lavender Mint shampoo and conditioner and I get a great haircut every time, that's why I won't go anywhere else to get my haircut, I've been a loyal customer for years

The establishment is run so very well and efficiently. The haircuts are consistently excellent. The technicians are very thoughtful and helpful and easy to get along with.
Service was great, Vanessa was very professional and friendly, did a excellent job. Only reason I gave a 9 instead of 10 is because your website isn't user friendly, a little confusing, makes it seem like you have an appointment.But you actually are just on a waiting list, which seemed a little odd.I almost missed because I got there a little late because of traffic, but I will definitely try it again.
