I went with a friend, both of us for the first time ever. After we left we realized we were charged different prices for the same service. Also they gave him a punch card to collect punches for a future discount. I didn't receive that. It would be nice if things were handled a little more consistently.

That all of the Stylists seem to be of comparable quality, so I can feel comfortable using any of them. My haircut on Saturday, October 27 was with Jessica, though I normally use Spring, who was on vacation. The haircut was superb.
