Staff work hard and are kind at this location, specifically, Alexis was helpful in helping get the notes from my previous visit, which is the whole reason I consistently use Sport Clips. Gee Gee cut my hair, and she did a good job overall. She was quiet at first, but once I initiated conversation, she was very nice. I do have some trouble with the app interface. I think it could do a better job at explaining how to get on the list or check in. I joined online and checked in, and then some random guy who came after me was seen before I was, which was annoying, but I think it might be because he knows how to use the app better than I do. I would love to be that guy instead of waiting over half an hour.

Easy to get in "the lineup", and check to see when it is getting close to your time. The staff is friendly and professional.
I love being able to "join the lineup" even before I leave my home. My stylist, Ryan, provided a great cut and paid terrific attention to detail.
