Frankly, they're simply the best. They cut at the highest levels. In addition to the, EACH ONE OF THEM is a top human being. Over the years (several) I ended up knowing quite a few of them and they're all darlings. Great conversations, superior hair styling ... simply the best!

Phillip gave me a great haircut. He suggested a small change to my usual style that made a big improvement to the overall look. A great haircut plus the MVP experience - that's hard to beat.

Very friendly and professional
Overall it is a good experiance, but dislike the advanced registration no being able to request a stylist prior to them arriving. If a stylist is due in at 2PM why can't we ask for that stylist starting at 1:30? Also the need for everyone to yell "Welcome" when someone comes in the door is a little much and takes away from the concentration of the stylist cutting my hair.
That Patrica has been cutting my hair for 3 or 4 yrs ..PERFECT every time .She's Amazing as is the shop she's at .

Gyriah is the consumate professional. She is efficient, asks great questions, pivots when she needs to - for example, she changed to shears when the clippers weren't doing what they needed to with the length and the soft texture of my hair. She knows her stuff. She recommended products that would work well on my hair, not just the brands that you offer, but some others that I might be inclined to try. She didn't do a hard sell. She used the products you have in store on my hair. I liked them, so I purchased. Show, don't tell, is an effective sales method. I keep coming back because I feel like my time is respected and I am respected as a client. Also, I love the fact that the staff works together as a team. We went to the back to wash my hair and when we came back to her station, it was clean. Another team member had vacuumed up all the hair and cleared everything up. Fantastic. I have a dozen barbers and stylists near me, including Gyriah's dad who is well known and highly respected and recommended in our community. I keep coming back to Gyriah because she is that good.
Walked in, second in line but first on list not there yet so got in immediately. Had MySpace from earlier cuts and sat and was taken care of. Told stylist didn't need wash and hot towel so was in and out fast. Nice all around.

Nick did not do a good job on my son's haircut. He looks pretty bad he obviously did not know how to cut straight hair. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Fast friendly and attentive to my needs.
I am not a fan of hairstylists that seemed to be in a hurry to get through your haircut, simply to get to the next guest. In contrast, Alexis does a great job, takes her time and has a pleasant personality. I recommend upgrading to the MVP triple play.
