Great service and haircut.
My son First name removed was not happy and neither was I. I gave clear instructions for a fade with #1 on the side and a finger length cut on top. The stylist started with scissors on the top but once I sat down for my cut she pulled out clippers and used them on the top. Clippers produce the worst look on the top of the head. He's mad at me, so I'm mad at you

I had a concern from a previous visit, and the owner personally followed up with me and rectified the situation by providing a follow-up service. The follow up service went very well: great service from Theresa.
Really had a great experience and great haircut here. The owner is fantastic and will go over the top to help her customers.

The gentleman who cut my hair (I don't recall his name) was incredibly fast; very little hair was taken off (as i realized later). I had a 50% off coupon, which was supposed to be for the full mvp treatment, but wasn't offered the usual mvp perks (shampoo, etc). Next time I will request a specific barber rather than taking first available.
