Your manager and stylists are great.
I always go in for my haircut on Sundays, and I can rapidly become extremely busy with families and other primarily gentlemen looking for their haircuts at a time when they can break away from their busy lives during the week.
Made my appointment at around 10:07 AM on Sunday morning and was out the door with a great haircut by a little before 11 am.
On my previous visit, there was a complete breakdown of the booking process and how the stylist progressed through the lineup and even though I had arrived exactly the time I was supposed to I was skipped over multiple times and ended up creating an awful experience.
I subsequently heard from the manager and we resolved that they would do better than next time and give me a free haircut
I am happy to report that things are back to normal at sports clips Same Sunday morning just a few weeks apart my call-in process, even though it was rapidly becoming very busy work perfectly, and my stylist gave me a great cut.
I don’t need a free haircut. I just need a process that works, and I appreciate it so much. I appreciate the manager, reaching out personally on multiple occasions to make sure that she clearly understood what my issue was and that she would resolve it. I just prayer these days and much appreciated
I tried to pay for it right now recovered experience and return the free haircut in terms of a tip to the stylist

Professional staff. Especially Mel she doesn't talk to much just what ever is necessary and gets you in and out 15 minutes
Ashley is my favorite
Very great service. But the guy at closing a shift on saturday with the red air force ones was very rude to the assistant manager. Very clearly irritated that he had to stay and close with 2 other people there and wanted to leave early. None of my business but at the same time as a customer that is in customer service as well, I figured I'd point it out because displaying unprofessionalism like that will affect business.
My stylist, the assistant manager was very professional, fast, and kind though!

You can always count on a good haircut at sports clips. I don’t know if they screen their stylist or what but I’ve never had a bad haircut there or a bad experience for that matter.
