The assistant manager and manager are very social with clientele. The assistant manager did my hair and gave suggestions on how to get body in my hair. I let her do what she thought would work and I'm LOVING how it came out.

The system for getting an appointment is difficult to manage. I try at 10am and made to wait till 10:05 and then there are 6 people ahead of me?? When I’ve gone to the store front earlier than 10 I’m told to do it on the app.
