Spryng was exceptional with great customer service
Make sure the names on the board are taken in order.
As a woman with short hair (shorter than many men's) I get my hair cut every 3 weeks and Sport Clips price is much appreciated. The tea tree products are also good. HOwever, being a woman I sometimes get a very close cut male looking outcome - that I don't appreciate. I continue to get mostly good cuts so continue to use Sport Clips and even if it isn't what I ask for it is always looks good (except twice in 3 years). Glad there are as many staff comfortable with the slightly more "femine" cutting techniques.
The MVP is my favorite
Jessica Cash does a fabulous job. She is kind and always makes sure she listens to the requests of her clients.
The managers are always polite and everyone is pleasant. The location is clean and well maintained. The staff is very professional.

Asked for a specific haircut a “slickback fade”. And provided a picture for reference. The lady basically gave me a bowl cut with a Mohawk on top. Fade was terrible. Lines were very uneven and honestly couldn’t call it a fade. Was simply given a #1 buzz cut. I didn’t want to be confrontational or embarrass the woman in front of her coworkers. So I simply paid for my haircut and gave a tip out of obligation. I believe I should get a full refund of the $30 that I paid because I had to go to another shop after that to get it fixed. Please issue me a refund thank you
