First visit to a Sport Clips, and was very pleased to be greeted with a very friendly "welcome! Please come in!" My Stylist / Barber was Spryng, and I must say, she gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had ... and after 3 decades in the military, I've had a few.
Facility was sparkling clean and well organized. Arrangement for getting on the schedule (and getting in the queue) was very efficient and easy to understand. It was a pleasure being there.

The pampering with a hot towel on my face, a vibrating chair while she washed my hair and the scalp massage was invigorating. The massage on the back of the neck felt awesome. She did a fantastic job and gave me a great haircut.

The facility is bright and very clean - love the TVs tuned to sports. The stylist Jessica is the absolute best! She took her time to get my haircut just the way I wanted. Her personality will surely keep her extremely busy all the time.
Another stylist had to fix my haircut before I left. Apparently, the one who cut my hair needs more practice.

I really enjoyed the treatment as well as my cut.
I brought my nephews for hair cuts. I paid $70 for two stylists which included the tip. My nephews got in the car and were beyond upset and worried about what kids at school would say about their cuts. I am not sure that the stylists have any or much training. There was no fade and my nephew's tape line was cut so high that I could actually see his tan line. I had to take them to a barber the next day. The first thing the barber said was, " oh my god who did that to your hair"? He had to have his hair shaved down so much that he looked like he just joined the army and the tape line was so uneven that it took 3 barbers discussing how to even jt out without going any higher.
In addition, when we checked out we were accidentally given a new customer card. It was our third time there. I had no idea what it was but the manager made a huge deal about it. It was embarrassing to hear her correct a staff member while we were standing there and it wasn't our fault.
Due to the above circumstances, we will not be returning to this location or any other sportsclips. I ended up spending almost $200 on cuts this weekend to mitigate the damage.

I already have spoken to the owner, Michelle, who is nothing short of amazing. I have always loved coming to this location and have never had anything short of an amazing experience. However my last visit, was nothing to brag about. The customer service I received was awful from my stylist. Absolutely no consultation at the start of the appointment to ensure what I wanted, the haircut itself I am very pleased with, the beard trim however, disastrous. And when I noticed what was happening and I got upset and asked about it, I was told it was basically my fault for not realizing what she was doing sooner. As someone who works in customer service, I was very disappointed in the way I was treated. I of course will still continue to visit this location, as I normally always leave extremely happy. I will just have to ensure I have a different stylist.
And Michelle was nothing but amazing and understanding when I spoke to her, and I knew this is something she never would have let happen, as I’ve seen how she runs her salons.
