Friendly professional staff
My haircut was not great. The girl was nice but she seemed unkept. I did not think the store was clean either.
My regular Sport Clips is in Bannockburn, IL, but when in FL, I come to this location. My stylist was very friendly.
One comment that I believe is a bit overkill....not sure having multiple greeting folks walking in simultaneously is the best approach. I could be in the middle of a conversation with my stylist and it is interrupted each time a customer comes in the door. How about having only 1 employee greeting new arrivals???
My son feels comfortable going, it's an easy going environment and the staff are friendly and lovely to converse with.

First time at your business, Jess was pleasant to work with along with listening to my needs.
I wasn’t entirely impressed with the experience. While the barber was incredibly polite and respectful, she took more than the desirable amount of hair off of my head and left the sides a bit too long. This was despite my acknowledgments that she had cut enough off the top, yet she kept cutting away. In all fairness, it was my fault for not completely specifying what hairstyle I typically have, but I feel that by saying the hair is good, the hair should then be left alone? She kinda seemed to style it her own way, which was something similar to a wave style (I typically do a middle part, thus why I leave a good amount of hair on my head). In the end, I left feeling a bit disappointed with both myself and my haircut but it wasn’t overly terrible. However, I probably will not return to the same location again.

I normally get a nice haircut here, but my last cut with Mel who has been cutting my hair for a while now didn't take her time and also didn't let me see the back with a mirror as they normally do. When I got home, I was very disappointed to see that she had cut into my hairline in the back a lot and it is easy to see since the skin which is normally covered with hair was so white. Also, on the top right side the hair doesn't seem to blend correctly. Name removed
