What I hate is your appointment app. It constantly is ridiculously wrong. Drop it or fix it.
I've had my haircut there twice now. The staff have ways been very friendly and the process very smooth - online check-in is great, wait time fine etc.
The MVP experience was also a nice touch (had it both times), something to look forward to for sure.
I just thought that the haircut was average really. Not as detailed-oriented as I'd expect, small things I only noticed after leaving. For example, the name of my neck was not finished properly this time, and it is not very convenient to return to have it corrected.
The stylist was not good and I will not be returning. First , he seemed distracted with his smart watch, checking and reading as he cut my hair. He seemed like he didn't wanbt to talk either. The cut was terrible, and it will grow out, so no big deal. I showed him a picture of me with the cut I normally get and he couldn't make it happen. I'm sure the other stylists are good, but this guy isn't.

Work well with both and my son, very polite and interactive.
I have gone there the last 2 haircuts this was his 3rd there and we have used different people who work there. The last lady we had I felt like she rushed through his hair. I was not happy with the outcome. But I wasn’t going to drag my 6yr old back inside and ask for someone else to fix it that makes me feel uncomfortable and I’m sure my 6yr old wouldn’t like it.
