The product speaks for itself what makes CP above the rest is the instructors. I have never had one instructor that was rude, or made me leave feeling anything less than amazing. Seriously, you can tell that the leaders of the CP Community are real people and they have struggles but they put it aside to guide you through yours. Thank you - for everything.

At the La mesa Location I love how friendly the instructors are. The greet you with such kindness and really try to make a positive impact on your day that you can feel. The studio is very clean, which is always a must when your rolling all over the floor in a good sweat. The apparel they sell is also so beautiful! I want to buy all of them! Overall, it is such a great studio.

You offer a full range of classes throughout the whole day, early morning though evening. The studio is new, clean and very pleasant. The men's locker room is spacious and well configured compared to some of the older CP studios. The location is good. Easy to access from the freeway and parking is better than all of the other CP studios in the San Diego area. And of course true of all Core Power studios, the teachers and staff are great! Supportive, caring and friendly.
