I previously attended yoga classes @ 24 hour fitness and thought that I was somewhat fit, but after attending your classes at core power I find that the 24-hour fitness program was lacking and not as challenging as your classes. The hot yoga classes has taken my yoga experience to the next level where I believe I would be able to obtain a greater level of fitness that will serve to be a positive benefit in my life both physically and mentally. I really love that this location has two yoga studios. It really allows for alot of classess during the day, with lots if variety. The facilities are always clean, and I love the deodorant in the ladies bathroom.

Yoga is my preferred method of exercise. I enjoy the cleanliness of the studio and the instructors. Keep it coming :-)

The people are very friendly, but still professional. Not pushy. Joanne (sp) is my fav.

The people are wonderful. I feel the classes are very well thought-out. The studio is clean and comfortable. The lighting is perfect. The classes are not too crowded like some other CPY locations. The parking is reasonable unlike some other CPY locations.

At Corepower the staff are very friendly and welcoming. You are encouraged to modifie your class to your level, no judgments. They will help you along the way to ensure that you won't hurt yourself. The facility is very clean and inviting. After my first sculpt class I feel better than I have in years.definitely will continue the practice. Thank you Corepower.

1. I love your yoga instructors! They are all quality people. Great attitudes, super friendly and give good instruction.

I absolutely love the energizing and positive enviorment. It is somewhere I know I can always go to whether I'm stressed, overwhelmed, or looking for a great workout. Everytime I leave corepower I fee so relaxed and energized.I am such a strong advocate for corepower yoga I have recommended it to my sister, my friend that was going through rehab, my friend who wanted to lose weight, and my cousin who was looking to live a healthier lifestyle, and another cousin of mine who was going through a lot. They all have had experiences just as wonderful as mine and continue to go to corepower as well. I'm so glad I found corepower about two years ago, it is my favorite place and I know for a fact I will never stop going.

the bathrooms are amazing. The cold filtered water is great. the teachers are friendly and welcoming.

The instructor was great and friendly. Since it was my first class she made me feel more comfortable and not as intimidating.

The location is very close to where I live and the setting is calming and inviting.

The instructors are very personable and seem to enjoy what they are doing. Its a very clean environment and you provide a variety of classes and times. I also want to say that Ruth is a terrific instructor who is always smiling and makes you feel comfortable coming to class. I enjoy her classes.

Everything down to the clean environment. Two things I wish is that there was a Santee location and a membership for weekends only.

The classes give u a great cardio workout. The instructors push u to do your best. The studio is very clean with a calming feel to it.
