I like Paige she was extremely helpful with helping me in front desk and C2 class she taught was very challenging. I am sad see her go to a different location. I haven't yet tried other instructors but I hope to get a good experience going forward

I love your clean and friendly studio! Out of all the Corepowers I have been to, La mesa definitely feels like home. I do have my favorite classes and instructors and would like to give them recommendation. Glenda H is always so friendly and I enjoy the quotes she shares. Maggie is another favorite, love her classes and she always knows how to adjust me when I need it. Sara's classes leave me with a zen feeling, which is always welcomed and appreciated. Thank you ladies :). If I had any suggestions it would be to be mindful of the noise coming from the lobby, or at least close the studio door. sometimes it is distracting to hear people conversations while I am trying to get in the zone :). Nonetheless, I have nothing but positive things to say about Corepower.

I like that you can rent/purchase the mats and there's space for your belongings. I took the beginner class, and the instructor (Marisa) was great. The environment was very calm and relaxing

I loved how friendly everyone was the minute I walked in the door. You can tell that each employee and teacher has a passion for what they do and the place they work. It's a great atmosphere.

The teachers are very friendly and passionate about teaching yoga. If C1 and yin yoga's classroom could be at a lower temperature with better ventilation it would be better. Sometimes I find it hard to breathe and feel dizzy, so I can't do as many classes as I'd like.

Cpy2 is my favorite class. Teacher provided options for poses, etc. Very well taught and appreciated her Thought for the day re: multi-tasking vs focusing on 1 task/thought.

Everything was tidy and clean in the studio, which is important to me to feel comfortable practicing. I also liked the merchandise selection, but several of the pant styles were out of medium, so I was unable to make a purchase.
