I feel welcome, refreshed, and envigorated after every class I have gone to. While I am still figuring out my favorite teachers each class I have gone to has been consistently and professionally taught. The classes undo any back pain my job or everyday stress creates. I could not ask for more from a yoga studio.

I enjoyed the class and will definitely return. Due to the location I would probably only visit this studio on a weekend.

The La Mesa studio is so clean and feels like a Spa. Almost every instructor that I've had in class, really feels like they love yoga and want to be there.

The vibe and energy is just so welcoming

I loved the class. Ivy was great. I also liked the selection of clothing. The check in process was a little difficult. The girls didn't really know what they were doing when I showed them my gift card. I was running late and a little annoyed. The entire experience was great though.

The teachers are awesome. The facilities are clean and peaceful. I feel welcome and supported in every class.

I love the Instructors and the sense of community that I have plugged in to at Core Power! I just finished my Yoga Teacher Training at Core Power La Mesa and it was a fantastic experience! This has really helped me to feel more of a sense of community than even before. It feels like home to me when I step in and on my Mat!
