I've been going to core power for years- it will always be my favorite studio. I recently just started going again and the la Mesa 7:39pm classes have been great.

The instructors are great! I love the ambiance of the rooms. They are quiet places to remove all distractions of the day and just focus on yoga for an hour. The locker rooms are clean. The soap and shampoo smell fantastic!

I liked the hot yoga a lot. It was my first time on Friday. I was VERY upset today however when I returned to take the 9:30am class and was locked out. NO ONE told me the door locks RIGHT when class starts. I was literally 3 min past 9:30am. Needless to say I was incredibly upset after scrambling to get my kid off to school and get there in time. I did not appreciate not being properly informed. Ruined my whole morning.
