This is my first yoga exspeariance and I couldn't be happier. I'm an ex crossfitter that has gone thru shoulder surgery because of the sport and decided that my passion shouldn't cause me so much pain. Fear of injury has turned to the handling a slight embarrassment of looking like a wabbaly, uncorridinated and an inflexible newby. The instructors are patient and helpful. I ask questions after the class and each is received with helpful instruction and is handled in such a way I'm happy I asked. Well done!
