The instructor's are motivational and provide a great workout session for the classes I take.
The experienced yoga instructors are well trained & professional. The amenities such the locker room, vanity area & showers are well maintained. And, of course, the variety of classes is awesome; there’s something for every level. It’s great the La Mesa studios offer incentives such as the yearly fall gift certificates.
Staff is very friendly and the instructors are extremely good at what they do!

La Mesa is my favorite studio, it’s my home studio. I tried a couple of other CorePower locations and it made me appreciate this one even more. Even when classes are full there is still enough space and people respect your mat. The studio is always clean and fresh, it never feels musty. Most importantly, I love the teachers. There are so many different styles and personalities but they all stay true to the CorePower flow. I also appreciate that there are classes offered throughout the day so even with a busy schedule it’s always possible to fit one in.

The instructors are so great. I wish the locker rooms were cleaner.
The staff were all so friendly and inviting. I told them it was my first time and they went out of their way to explain the process and where everything was located and such. Such a great experience and I can’t wait to go back. Plus the class was amazing.
I LOVE core power with every ounce of my being and have recommended it to several friends, who are now members! The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is the 5:00am class availability. That would help with those of us full time working moms who also do 7:30 school drop off. Please consider adding a few 5:00am days!!!

I absolutely love the La Mesa studio! The instructors make this location the best as they are all so personable and friendly. The manager, Kat, is also wonderful. This is my favorite location in San Diego.
