the clothes and accessories are. It o my cute and comfortable, but also are the latest trends that are up to date on new styles. I also like that the studio carries yoga mats, water bottles, to even hair ties just in case students forget their own. The studio also even carries yoga books from postures to meditation which are also helpful for yoga students. Not only is La Mesa the closest studio to me, but I love going to this location because of the friendly and warm service I always receive. This studio also has 2 rooms for different classes which also fit my interest when I want to head over to the next class. The teachers here are great with lovely personalities. I love core power la Mesa!

The CorePower instructors at the La Mesa location are the best yoga instructors I've ever worked with. They're very good in their verbal cues, giving modification options while keeping class moving. They all have a positive energy about them.
Everyone is so kind and encouraging, I love all the women working there and look forward to coming every night for Hot Yoga....soon I hope to tackle a sculpt class! Products are cute and fun...
Great studio! Two studios and a nice sized locker room/shower area. The studio we used was really big, I really loved it!
