I like the knowledgeable and dedicated staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the welcoming feeling the La Mesa studio gives off, and the convenient location and parking. The only thing is the cost, it is quite expensive to be an unlimited member.

CorePower Yoga offers a variety of apparel that is high quality and very stylish. I like how I am always welcomed upon my arrival and immediately feel comfortable. My favorite thing about CorePower is that there is a wide variety of classes that can accommodate to anyone. I also enjoy how every instructor has their own teaching techniques. It is also very clean and well maintained. CorePower Yoga is a wonderful studio that has helped me grow mentally and physically through my yoga practice.

I really like the teachers, the way the classes are structured and the length/temperature in the rooms. The class schedule is very accessible to anyone's schedule. I find my core getting stronger and my figure becoming more sculpted as well.
