I came to Core Power as part of my rehab from spinal fusion. The staff/instructors listened and worked with me to help me achieve my goals. Billy L. is an amazing instructor and I try to not miss his Monday night classes. He follows up on my progress and I appreciate the extra efforts he makes in class to make everyone feel like they are moving in the right direction. I am so glad I joined Core.

From the front desk personnel to the very well trained instructors, workout studios, workout wear and amenities, I appreciate all this facility has to offer. The class instruction is what I am most drawn to. It is challenging yet very inspirational. The positive affirmations, student assistance and overall yoga practice is high quality.

6 am classes! :) and candlelight!

I really feel like I am learning the proper posture for each pose, and can feel and SEE myself getting stronger with each class. Both mentally and physically. I also appreciate that there are late enough evening classes for me to attend as opposed to some other studios/gyms.

The facility is very clean, without having any fragrances or harsh cleaning product odors. The staff and teachers are very nice. The classes are great. I appreciate the positive statements made by instructors during class.
