6 am classes! :) and candlelight!

I really feel like I am learning the proper posture for each pose, and can feel and SEE myself getting stronger with each class. Both mentally and physically. I also appreciate that there are late enough evening classes for me to attend as opposed to some other studios/gyms.

The facility is very clean, without having any fragrances or harsh cleaning product odors. The staff and teachers are very nice. The classes are great. I appreciate the positive statements made by instructors during class.

Hot Yoga

Everything. Yoga instructor 10:30 am Sat Sculpt class is great!!!

Products are too expensive. I love the La Mesa studio, teachers, and classes.

The teachers are incredibly friendly and supportive, the facilities are clean and the energy is great. I’ve learned so much in just a week of coming here and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon.

The instructors are so positive, helpful, friendly, and detail oriented. It makes for yoga experience that is unmatched by most yoga sessions.

The studio is nice and clean, and the instructors have all been different but challenging in their own ways.

Different classes

For my first visit I was a little disappointed in one aspect. Prior to the class I informed the instructor I was new and that I had an injury. After class she did ask me how the class was and if it affected my injury.

I took my second class today 03/29/18 and it was great.

It was an awesome class!
