Great variety of classes for all abilities
The teachers are great, and it's nice to have beginner classes scheduled in the evening, for those of us who have always lived busy lives but are now trying to start yoga.

Great staff and wonderful facilities! Always accommodating when I’m in town for business! Paige, Claire are world class instructors. La Mesa is blessed to have them as practitioners. As always, I’ll be be back and can’t wait for my next visit!
I love that there are plenty of classes and times. The teachers are all very accommodating if you are new or just need to slow down. There is plenty of parking at this location, and best of all it's clean!
I tried a new class HPF and the instructor was very kind to explain and accommodate.
I will also say I was super disappointed with all the scheduling changes. I was very strict about attending the level 1 on Mondays at 7:30. When the class moved to 8:30 I stopped going. The class at 7:30 was always packed and I am bummed that I cannot attend any longer and changes were made to a really full class.

Little on the expensive side... But the class was great! The teacher was amazing. I felt so good after just one class.
The service is wonderful. You immediately feel welcomed and comfortable with the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of the studio. The yoga experience is also invigorating, and leaves you feeling energized and clear minded.
It is hard to imagine anything better than core power La Mesa. Amazing instructors and instruction that bring mind, body and spirit together in the most positive way.

Products are great dying to get somethings but a bit pricey it would be nice if there were
more sales or discounts especially for the dedicated

Everyone that works at CorePower Yoga La Mesa is so friendly and kind. There's a real community feeling at this location that I want to be a part of. All of the teachers are great--I haven't taken a class there that I didn't love!
