Alway love CorePower, every studio is clean, welcoming, and have convenient class schedules. La Mesa studio is no exception. It tied this location because it is the closest to my new home. I wish there was a CorePower studio in Eastlake/ chula vista
Yoga Sculpt! Best full body + cardio workout I've ever had. Every session is different and each instructor has their own style, so I'm never bored. Every second of the classes feels valuable, and the time flies by.
All of the instructors that I have worked with truly care at the La Mesa CorePower Yoga. Coming here is like spending time with a great family. The only complaints that I would have are: the heater in studio 1 does not work correctly. Even when the heat is set to the correct temperature it is too cool. Most of the instructors know how to deal with this. However for new instructors the room remains too cold and the manager has told the instructors they are not allowed to adjust the heat. I do know they have attempted to fix this over time but it is still not fixed. This can be quite frustrating and many of the regulars for hpf have opted sadly not to attend the new instructors class until this has been remidied or she has been shown how to accommodate for it.

I wish you could offer more unheated yoga for intermediate yogis. The class I took was supposedly 80 degrees, but my hands sweat so much I started to slide when doing down dog, and the sweat gets in my eyes and burns. The strange thing is I usually don't sweat very much from other activities like cardio classes. Thank you again for the free birthday class.

Love the last Mesa facility. Lots of parking and beautiful studio. It makes my classes stress free not to have to search for parking beforehand.

I like the variety and frequency of classes and access to all the studios. I also really like how I can buy 10 sessions and use them anytime, anywhere. That makes fitting yoga into my busy schedule easier.
