Friendly and knowledgeable teachers, impeccable studios.

The instructor, Lisa, was excellent! I had not done yoga in a long time and could not participate all the way through C1 because I got nauseous since I had eaten a little over an hour before I came to class. Lisa checked on me and also rubbed down on my back and arms, which really helped me to relax. I made sure I drank plenty of water. The studio is clean and very accommodating.

I love the instructors!

I would love a 6:30 pm class. Frequently, I can’t get off work in time to make the5:40, but, 7:00 is just too late. I realize that it is impossible to find a schedule that works for everyone though. However, there may be others that get off work at 6 and would also love the 6:30 time slot.

I love CorePower yoga instructors. Each one has his or her own style and message. The schedule is very accommodating too. I look forward to the classes and love the variety they offer.

Core Power Yoga has changed my life! All of the instructors are amazing and so friendly. I love that I can go to a class to relax and stretch or go to the sculpt class to really raise my heart rate. I highly recommend Core Power Yoga to all of my friends.

nice studio..good amount of parking most of the time.. Like the classes but I like most everything about CPY...helps me straighten out and I can always catch a class..

I love the tribe at CorePower La Mesa!!! They are all so kind and welcoming. The studios are lovely and well-kept and the teachers all select music that enhances our practice and does not detract from it. I literally cannot get enough of this team and would hang out all day if life would permit and it wouldn't be viewed as slightly concerning! :)

I recommend my c2 flow on Sunday to everyone I know! Rhiannon is amazing!
