The facilities are great. Specifically the flooring in the studio and the locker room make it easy to shower up before leaving. I also enjoy that I know what to expect from each class. I also enjoy the instructors.

I absolutely love Rhiannon’s class on Sunday’s. My husband and I travel 30 min each way to make her clsss. It’s exactly what I expect for a c2 flow.

There have been many times I have gone to a c2 flow during the week and the flow is more like 1.5.

I was injured last year (Not yoga related!) so missed a whole year! Looking back to our Sunday’s at core power again!!!

Always love your classes. Every studio is great, but this is my favorite one. If it’s the right time of day and I can avoid traffic, I’m isually willing to drive from a Clairemont to practice with you all.
