Great staff and wonderful facilities! Always accommodating when I’m in town for business! Paige, Claire are world class instructors. La Mesa is blessed to have them as practitioners. As always, I’ll be be back and can’t wait for my next visit!
I love that there are plenty of classes and times. The teachers are all very accommodating if you are new or just need to slow down. There is plenty of parking at this location, and best of all it's clean!
I tried a new class HPF and the instructor was very kind to explain and accommodate.
I will also say I was super disappointed with all the scheduling changes. I was very strict about attending the level 1 on Mondays at 7:30. When the class moved to 8:30 I stopped going. The class at 7:30 was always packed and I am bummed that I cannot attend any longer and changes were made to a really full class.

Little on the expensive side... But the class was great! The teacher was amazing. I felt so good after just one class.
The service is wonderful. You immediately feel welcomed and comfortable with the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of the studio. The yoga experience is also invigorating, and leaves you feeling energized and clear minded.
It is hard to imagine anything better than core power La Mesa. Amazing instructors and instruction that bring mind, body and spirit together in the most positive way.

Products are great dying to get somethings but a bit pricey it would be nice if there were
more sales or discounts especially for the dedicated

The staff is awesome. The locker rooms are clean. The water pressure in the showers sucks.

I love the different classes offered and the teachers are so knowledgable and skilled.
I like how the teacher starts to class on a personal note of inspiration and then comes back to it at the end of class. The teachers love teaching and it shows!! I go at least 4 times a week and it's never boring...I leave feeling so flexible and inwardly balanced.
