Great place! I usually go to the UTC location, but I had a come here this time. The place was great, the instructor was great, and the workout was great!
The only comment that I have is that i feel like it was not hot enough in the room.

The facility is very clean...the teachers are all great ...and always a great selection of classes!
The La Mesa studio has become my favorite because of how clean and welcoming it is.
I’m not too sure about the products because most of them are not geared towards men, but all of it seems solid.

All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
On the down side, there has been problems with the humidity/heat that has not been taken acre of for about one month now. Is there a timeframe the issue will be resolved?

Jenna was a great teacher and I love the location !
I enjoy mostly everything except the price for classes . even when purchased 10 classes at a time, the price is waaaaay too much and Corepower is pricing out a large part of the population who cannot afford to pay what CorePower is asking per class.
Yoga is cool
Such an awesome group of instructors and members. Core power yoga community has enriched my life in so many ways. Grateful to be able to practice yoga with such a great group of people!

I enjoy the intensity of the heat and how much you sweat. It’s also great to focus on your breathing and concentrating in the moment. Much needed stress relief!

Rhiannon’s class has been my foundation for mental health for a long time. My husband and I rearrange our life (with 4 kids) to come every Sunday to the 75min class because she is worth it!
I just love CorePower La Mesa! Every teacher I've had is so caring and helpful. The vibe there is absolutely wonderful...loving and professional, too. I am a 67 year old woman, so I'm not as flexible as I used to be, but I never feel out of place or looked down upon. Quite the opposite - - I feel very welcomed and one of the group.
My 2 very favorites are Jenna Marie and Jenny Wa. They have gone out of their way to be sweet and caring to me, especially upon the recent passing of one of my pets.
