I had a fabulous time. I enjoyed the film, and I received excellent customer service. I will continue to return to this theater. Only one issue: my reclining chair did not recline. That was disappointing. I hope the theater fixes it.

Fast ticket purchase.. What I didn’t like is that they checked my purse which I didn’t have nothing but held up line at usher stand but only certain people were asked kinda felt discriminated even though he apologized but no other Santikos has ever asked to check my purse we are weekly movie goers we usually spend $36 for tickets and $56 in Concession just thought since everything else is so impersonal to randomly pick the disabled person who was having issues walking holding us up made no sense…
As always we very much enjoyed our experience
Even the auditoriums are kept clean and have good screens and sound systems. The seats are comfortable and the swing arm is convenient, the spacing between aisles is appropriate. The kiosks for the purchase of tickets are well situated and work well. The food is pricey but also delicious. My suggestion for improvement is to make the hand air dryers stay on for a couple of minutes rather than 15 seconds. Including paper towels for drying faces would add convenience.
I like the new seating and that you can put your own butter on the Popcorn!!!
Joshua at concession stand is great! Always well received at door. Clean, friendly, well organized and keeps up w/ new films out.

All of the people who work there are always nice and pleasant. They are always helpful. Theaters, restrooms, and lobby are always clean.
Embassy is my favorite theater. I love the food, reclining seats, atmosphere and movie selections.

Santikos theaters, the Embassy in particular, are my favorite for movie watching. The theater is always clean, the staff is pleasant and the seats are so comfortable!
