Staff is friendly and courteous. Very easy to get tickets online or in person. They gave us free popcorn most of the time. Clean theaters, comfortable recliners.

We are a family that loves Santikos and are loyal. Santikos fully won us over during the pandemic by opening up and being the first to give customers choices. Now, we are especially loving Military Mondays! At Embassy, I can always count on clean bathrooms and clean seats that always recline. We'd love to continue to come on Mondays as a family, as long as Santikos maintains enough family-friendly options. This was our first time doing Military Mondays and staff was super helpful and I noticed this time the desk and also the counter, both people asked if we were members. In the past I have usually had to offer my number. Always a great experience at Embassy!
